-ou may also .e re/uired to do up to # Sleep In0s per month. 1aid at an additional rate
of 2$.!% per night.
This role demands flexi.ility and an a.ility to take on different roles as and when
re/uested on a daily .asis, filling in where there are shift vacancies.
The role will .e at our supported living centre in Strood providing individual support for
adults with Autism within their own accommodation. -ou will work within a team ensuring
that they achieve a full, meaningful and active life .y following a person centred plan
within the community.
Experience Required/Desirable:
345 ,evel 2 in 6ealth and Social 7are 8Adults9
That you hold a clean driving licence 8for at least two years9 as you may .e
re/uired to drive a people carrier
*xperience and or knowledge of epilepsy
*xperience of working within the field of services for adults with special needs
A willingness to participate in a continuous development of the service and an
am.ition to ensure that people are supported to achieve their aspirations within
the community.
