1. What is conditional funding? Is it a loan that has to be repaid?
It is not a loan. Funding is conditional and the recipients and their incorporated company has
to repay the full amount disbursed in cash (No interest applicable) upon the following
conditions
o Investment of RM1 million and above is received
o IP is sold or licensed for RM1 million and above
o overnment rants and fundin! of RM1 million and above is received
Repayment condition expires after three (3) years from the completion date of the project

conditional before a funding contract is signed

"he de!elopment timelines/ scope of deli!erables and acti!ities is as per funding contract.
+isbursement will be in trenches and released as per timelines and upon satisfactory deli!ery
of deli!erables as per contract. If project acti!ities or deli!erables is completed earlier and#or
there is any cost sa!ings the remaining#balance will not be released.
1". If the pri!ary and3or secondary decide to stop3ter!inate3forfeit de#elop!ent resulting in
and3or agreed scope7 deli#erables7 ti!elines and conditions as per contract is not !et is

0rimary and secondary applicants can only submit one project for one batch. pplicants
whose project ha!e already been appro!ed for "echnopreneur 0re2*eed Fund are not eligible
to apply until they ha!e completed the appro!ed project
