access the System for performing the Services. The customer has to disclose access passcode, if any.
Prior to handing over the System to Dell, the customer shall keep security of all copies of customer software, customer programs, customer
database and computer records.
It is the Customer's sole responsibility to backup data on the system.
DELL WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO DATA OR LOSS OF USE OF ANY CRITICAL
INFORMATION IN THE COMPUTER SYSTEM/S.
Customer acknowledges that the Customer is responsible for re-loading the application software (whether Customer owned/ or third party) after
Dell has performed the Services on the System and returned by Dell.
