    Put at the end of every filing where these criminals are doing dirty which presumably you have evidenced in you filings and "So that I may not be charged with Misprision of Felony I hereby "make known" to you, some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States of "the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States". Please be sure to take appropriate action so you do not become liable. Or some such statement. What your doing is putting a little more "teeth" into your filing so that they become even more liable and can't say "I did not know" later.... Just a suggestion..

    Code 4 - Misprision of felony


    Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a
    court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known
    the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the
    United States, shall be fned under this title or imprisoned not more than three
    years, or both.
