NOTICE
ONLINE SYSTEM FOR SECURITY REFUND ON AMIZONE
To avoid delay in refund of academic security of passed out student a system has been developed
online Amizone to refund the student academic security. All the students of MBA and Specialized
MBAs Classes of 2013, 2014 & 2015 are herewith informed that they have to submit their no
dues on online Amizone. Students who have already submitted hard copy of their no dues form
are also required to submit Security Deposit Claim online Amizone.

Students marked as passed out by Examination Department, AUUP are eligible to apply for
security refund. A link of Security Deposit Claim will be provided to the students on the home
page of their Amizone. Students can apply for security refund by filling in the security deposit
claim form with the options for mode of refund (DD/ Electronic transfer) and the beneficiary.
They are allotted with the claim number after they complete this form.

The status of Dues/No dues shall be updated against each student under No dues details head
for which officer is assigned as approving officer. If there is any amount due, the amount is
entered with the remarks by the approving officer.

Students can view the status of their Dues/No dues against following heads as updated by the
concerned approving authority:
Academics (Lab, Departmental Library/Book bank, CRC, etc.)
Examination
Central Library
IT
Administration
ID card
Hostels
