Scholars concern for Wikipedias use among college students has increased as the online
encyclopedias popularity has increased. Middlebury ollege is among the many uni!ersities

should ser!e as a starting point in research rather than an original source. Wikipedia staff
members partly agree "ith the professors on the completeness of !arious entries, although some
research sho"s the reader$produced encyclopedia is as accurate or more accurate than traditional
encyclopedias. A sub%ect of discussion recently has been teachers could guide students through
the proper "ay to identify credible sources. &n doing so, Wikipedia "ould appear less in college
