Dear Parents,
If you have students in more than one grade please make a note of the starting times. Please make sure you visit specialists in the spaces when you are not
with Grade Teachers. In the event of having children in more than one grade, teachers and specialists will be in their respective areas until 19.00.

Teachers please make sure you are in your classrooms 30 minutes before your grade time to accommodate parents with children in more than one grade.
Parents if you have a clash of times because of students in different grades on at the same time, please go to the grade 30 minutes before the allotted time.
REMINDER PARENT COUNCIL
Parents who have students at the school for more than one year may nominate themselves to be on the Parent Council this year. It is a one year
commitment and meetings are approximately once a month on Monday mornings for an hour.
The Parent council assists the school by bringing school wide issues to the schools notice. (Classroom issues should be addressed to the classroom teacher
in the first instance.)
PTA Classroom Reps assist the PTA with social and fundraising events. We would like two for every year group. The PTA will organize this.
