Bligh/Dyer extraction of total lipids:

(Bligh,E.G. and Dyer,W.J. 1959. A rapid method for total lipid extraction and purifcation.

1. Weigh tissue (seed, leaf, etc). Grind dry soybean seeds in ortar and pestle.
