TELEPORTATION

AND
ARCHITECTURE

Teleportation, or Teletransportation, is the theoretical transfer of matter or energy from one point to another
without traversing the physical space between them. It has a commonly recognized place in science fiction
literature, film, and television/
If realized for humans, this amazing technology would make it possible to travel vast distances without
physically crossing the space between. Global transportation will become instantaneous, and interplanetary
travel will literally become one small step for man.
Latest Advancements in teleportation technology
A group of Chinese researchers claim they have successfully teleported photons 60 miles.

scientists at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich made a step toward building a working quantum
computer by teleporting bits of information across a computer chip. The results of the study were detailed Aug. 15 in the
journal Nature.
Effects of teleportation
EFFECT OF TELEPORTATION IN THE ARCHITECTURE OF THE FUTURE
NO REQUIREMENT OF ANY VEHICLE
NO REQUIREMENT OF ROADS
NO REQUIREMENT OF
PARKING SPACES
STAIRCASES AND ELEVATORS WONT BE REQUIRED IN THE BUILDINGS
RELATED STATS
India has a
road network
of over
4,689,842
kilometres
(2,914,133 mi) in
2013, the
second
largest road
network in
the world. At
0.66 km of
roads per
square
kilometre of
land

IMPACT ON THE ARCHITECTURE OF FUTURE
AS THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROAD NETWORK WILL BE REDUCED ON
A VERY LARGE SCALE , THE FUTURE CITIES AND TOWNS WOULD BE
PLANNED IN COMPLETELY DIFFERENT WAY THAN THE PRESENT TIME
THE CIRCULATION SPACE REQUIREMENT IN THE BUILDINGS WILL ALSO
REDUCE CONSIDERABLY .
IN THE FIELD OF ARCHITECTURE THE TECHNOLOGY WILL PLAY A MOJOR
ROLE IN DEALING WITH THE PROBLEM OF LAND SHORTAGE AND
POPULATION EXPLOSION .
