Administrative Assistant (2)

Help pass out papers and letters home for take-home folders. This job occurs throughout the
day. In order to do this job, you need to know each students first and last name and where they
sit in class.

Attendance Assistant (1)

Take attendance each day. Leave a sticky note on the teachers computer monitor stating All
present or listing the names of absent students. Do this job each school day by 8:50 AM. You
need to know each students first and last name in order to do this job.

Technology Technician (2)

You will help the teacher with any technology issues. You may have to help plug or unplug
computers and help keep the chrome books charged. Most importantly, you help other students
log-in to websites using their usernames and passwords.

Classroom Caretaker (1)

At the beginning of the day, make sure the pencil can is full of sharpened pencils. At the end of
the day, make sure all chairs are on top of student desks and the floor is clean of papers and
trash.

Classroom Librarian (2)

At the end of the day, one person makes sure the classroom books are checked back in and are
put back on the shelf with spines facing out on the bookshelves. Place any books that need repairs
on the teachers desk. The other person returns any books from Washingtons LRC
