ROTARY BALE PLUCKER:

TEXACO-Automatic Bale Pluckier is very cost effective & saving the Labour
cost and blending evenly in bale opening process. We also supplying the Seed
Trap chamber optionally to remove the Seeds, sands & metals even escaped in the
Magnet bars provided in the machine.





























COTTON/ BLEND BALE PLUCKER ROTARY WITH AUTOMATION

The Condenser is provided to collect the raw material from the pluckier and
conveying to the next process and the micro dust will be removed while
processing. The Magnet bar fixed in the Z type condenser will effectively collect
the iron metal parts in the bale, which will prevent the fire in the department.

























SAW TOOTH BLADE BEATER
The Saw Tooth Blade beater will pluck the raw cotton/ Blends evenly and
precisely while rotating and delivery to the condenser. The Blade Beater has
balanced and mounted in the pluckier. The drives are PLC controlled by
Siemens Electricals and panels.
