Truce

I was fighting Alexandre when Ivy screamed at me to

use my powers.
Duh.
I was allowed to use my powers.
Yay!!!!!!
I disarmed a surprised Alexandre. Easy. I just called
his weapon to my hand.
Thats when I heard two ear splitting screams.
What was it with that?
My children. Theyre dead. said Alexandre
Alexis was dead? Awesome.
Now I just had to kill this Alexandre, then I would be
the only Alex here.
Ivy looked at me. Thats when I noticed that
everyone had stopped fighting.
He said my children, said Ivy Plural. And we both
know that he has only two children.
My blood froze.
Suddenly I heard Mels voice. Through her magic
speaker.
Truce. Please. Your leader Cindy and I have to talk.
Cindy mustve grabbed the mike from Mel.
My side. Stop. We have a temporary truce. Every
one will assemble at the place where we started.
Form your ranks.
Mel took the mike back.
Same place. Form the units. Alex, Ivy you come
right away. Verda and Marlin lead the units here
please.
What was going on? And what about Kay?
Ivy and I ran all the way there.
I saw Mel and Cindy talking. They both looked ashen.
Alexandre was also there. Thing was, he was
kneeling over one body.
Alexis.
And near him was..
No!!!!!
I screamed for the first time in my life.
I sank down to my knees, next to Kays body.
Mel, Ivy and Cindy ran over to me.
I was sobbing uncontrollably.
Ivy saw the body and was crying as well.
Mel was the one who remained strong.
She tried to comfort us as best as she could.
Verda ran over to us.
Mel, I found Glarissas and Celestias body over
there. She was pointing somewhere behind where
Cindys army was.
Cindy ran to where Verda was pointing.
Thats when Verda saw Kay.
Who did it? she asked
I aimed it at Cindy and Alexis but Kay came in
between and shielded Cindy for some reason and I
didnt know till I saw her body and.. Mel broke
down.
Its all my fault!!!
No it isnt,
I looked up and saw a spirit.
It wasnt Kay.
It was Kathleen.
What do you mean? asked Mel
I mean that Kay sacrificed herself after she found
out the truth.
What truth? I asked
Glarissa lied to all of you. She wanted the world at
her feet. Celestia and I tried to stop her. We devised
several plans, one that included hiding Melissa and
Kay so that Glarissa would not get you to help her.
Things didnt go that way as you know but shes
dead now. Celestia died today protecting Kay and
her last wish was for her two daughters to get along.
She asked Kay to save Cindy. She saw it was too
late to stop you, Mellisa, so she shielded Cindy. Help
Cindy, you three. She lost her father and mother and
now she only has a sister. Help Alexandre as well.
Kathleen drifted away and I felt like dying.
We had supported the wrong side all this time.
People had died for us. To make sure we chose the
right side.
But we chose wrong.
And now Kay was dead.
