WHY Repeal?
Protect Women & Children
Support Business & Jobs
In order to provide special rights to the LGBT
community, this ordinance puts our women and
children at risk. A sexual predator who falsely claims
to be transgender will be given access to public
womens locker rooms, changing rooms, and
bathrooms.
This ordinance allows a disgruntled employee, job
applicant, or patron to make a claim of discriminaon
against a business which can result in a CRIMINAL
charge, nes, and even jail me for the business
owner. It far exceeds current EEOC and state laws.
This ordinance limits the scope of both free
speech and the free pracce of religion
guaranteed to us by the U.S. Constuon and
Arkansas Constuon. It goes as far as to dictate
the criteria by which churches hire their own sta.
