written to establish strict guidelines for the musical
promotion of Eiffelpex Partnership.

9/2/13 Founders Packet (the software portion) is complete. Eudocia agreed to help
create Eiffelpex Partnership followed by Alejandro weeks later.

10/16/13 Founding percentage of Eiffelpex (ownership) is negotiated and established.

12/23/13 Application Developers Contract (version 1) is signed by all partners.
Software developer (Rudy) began working on Eiffelpex Beta.

3/25/14 The application for the Registration of the Trade(service)marks are
completed. Classes 9 and 35

4/4/14 Epex Official Logo created.

5/4/14 Alternative Logo created and used as the primary logo.

5/4/14 Business cards were made.

7/13/14 Eiffelpex Colorful Logo Splash Screen created.

7/26/14 The area recognized as Stockton Metropolitan area is expanded to include
Tracy.

8/4/14 Eiffelpexs first website is made live (Terms and Conditions for Consumers).

8/21/13 The Share Your Talent Video is finalized.
