Molly has served as an intern in my office and has proven herself to be a tremendous asset to me and my
staff. I am honored to recommend Molly, and I feel confident that she will do an exceptional job in every
level of her career. Molly has displayed a high level of professionalism, work ethic and enthusiasm
throughout her time at the City of Tuscaloosa. Her motivation is certainly notable. She takes initiative and is
always eager to learn. She is an extremely bright young woman and an absolute pleasure to work with.

She displays exceptional writing and communication skills that I believe would make her an asset to any
company. Her ability to maintain a 4.0 GPA as an involved student at The University of Alabama, as well as
being a dedicated intern that I could always count on, is truly exceptional. During the winter weather of
2014, Molly displayed extraordinary leadership skills as she went above and beyond to help keep the citizens
of Tuscaloosa informed in the midst of inclement weather. I could trust her to communicate with the media
and update the community on road closings, school dismissals, etc. via social media.

I believe the qualities that Molly has displayed as an intern at the City of Tuscaloosa, along with her varied
