on the nee)s of their organi5ation' This license comes with special pricing

The license is effecti+e until terminate) in accor)ance with this agreement'
The license will terminate if ,ou fail to compl, with an, of the terms an)
con)itions of this Agreement- or if ,ou allow ,our maintenance to lapse' &ou
agree to return to Blue Marble Geographics or )estro, the License) 7ro)uct
upon an, termination of the license' All other terms an) con)itions of this
Agreement- inclu)ing- without limitation- pro+isions relating to )isclaimers

license or other go+ernmental appro+al at the time of e*port without first
