About Me: I am the Greek God of war and welfare, making me a very
fierce God and the most hated one in the family. In one of my most
famous myths, Aphrodite and I fall in love, though Aphrodite was
married to Hephaistos. Hephaistos becomes bitter, when he finds out
that his wife was being unfaithful and falls in love with me. Not only
Hephaistos knew about the affair, but almost everyone in Olympia
knew. Hephaistos decides to get revenge, by creating an unbreakable
net to trap us in when we were together. Being apart of the
punishment, Hephaistos then calls the other gods to laugh and taunt
Aphrodite and I. Poseidon decides not to laugh at us, but to instead
beg Hephaistos to let us free. In the end, Ares had to pay an adultery
fine.
