PARENT COUNCIL

Dear Parents,

The school is now looking for representatives to sit on the School Council for this
school year. The Council meets once a month, dates to be set, for approximately 1.5
hours to bring school-wide issues to the school for consideration,.

Any parent who has had students enrolled for at least one year is eligible to sit on the
council. There is a sign-up sheet in the Reception area. We would like every grade to
be represented and therefore would like one and preferably two parents from each
grade level to place their name on this sheet, beside the Grade they wish to represent.
Please sign up by September 19

In the case of more than two parents wishing to represent a grade, we will hold a
secret ballot.
