THIS IS A MESSAGE FOR THE CUSTODIAN OF RECORDS.

This is a request for open records under Missouri's Sunshine Law, pursuant to
rSMO Chapter 610.

I respectfully request the following records:

1. Any Sunshine Law requests filed for the video or images that allegedly
show Michael Brown committing a strong-arm robbery on August 9 2014;
and

2. Any Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests filed for the video or
images that allegedly show Michael Brown committing a strong-arm
robbery on August 9 2014.
