Genogram of a 25 years old patient

Have a history of hypertension. According to the patient she doesn’t know if she has
hypertension. she inherited her asthma to her father and the rest are acquired
disease and inborn. She deliver her first baby as a premature in a normal
spontaneous vaginal delivery that took 20 mins of labor.
