jpeg usng Ms
Paint and the ''Print Screen'' Key

Open your PDF Iile and open MicrosoIt Paint.

Create a screen shot oI the PDF Iile by holding down the "alt" key and pressing the
"print screen" key.

Place the mouse pointer on the drawing box oI MS Paint. Click the right mouse button,
and select "Paste."

Select "Save As" under the "File" menu oI MS Paint.

Type the name that you wish to give to the JPG in the "File Name" box oI the "Save As"
screen. Make sure that the "Save as Type" box speciIies "JPEG." Click "Save."

Close MS Paint and open your Word document. Position the cursor at the point in the
document where you want the JPG to appear.

Click "Insert" on Word's menu bar, highlight "Picture" and select "From Iile."

Navigate to the location oI the JPG Iile using the "Insert Picture" screen. Highlight the
JPG Iile and click "Insert." The JPG is now part oI your Word document.
