Anil has acted as an advisor to management on a number of large organizations, and has
set up Quality Management (QMS) to support undertaken assessments of organization
and developed plans for improvement.

(91/493/EEC & 94/356/EC) by Marine Product Development Authority (Ministry of
Commerce and Industry, Govt. Of India)

Experience:

Worked to achieve FSMS, BRC, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC, ISO 9001 certification for
more than 100 units, in various product lines like Seafood, Spice Ready to Eat Frozen,
retort processing, Pickles & Chutney, Flour, Corn Starch, Dairy, Aseptic Mango pulp,
Distilleries etc.
Jointly worked with the Ware housing and Logistic Company for Quality Management
and rating methodologies across for the ware housing units.
Jointly worked for Companies on Implementation of Customer specific Requirements on
Food Safety like Tesco, Unilever, Kraft foods.
Worked with Laboratories to develop and implement the management system leading to
achieve NABL accreditation.
Worked as Food inspector to inspect the export worthy products
Worked with food catering companies to implement FSMS system
Hygienic Design and development, to set up an appropriate food safety management
plan (e.g., HACCP) to eliminate or control all food safety hazards along the food chain.
