Problem:
A&ter re'lacing or removing hardware &rom a com'uter, the device(s) are not shown in the
Device Manager* This 'revents the uninstalling o& the device(s) which ma! cause s!stem to
run sluggish*
Solution:

T!'e devmgmt.msc at the command 'rom't*

These devices will appear lighter in color, or gray.

Con(irm Device Removal dialog:

A&ter all o& the removed hardware item(s) have been uninstalled,
lose the Device Manager*
Then, lose Command Prompt*
