    The carbon in Nodular Cast Iron, most of them are shaped into nodules
    graphite . This process can occur if the material contain maximum 0,01% of S
    element and 0,02% 0,05% of Mg . So, the production process of Nodular Cost
    Iron required a materials with low Sulfur (S) contents. The Magnesium
    Concentration in liquid is Mg-rest. Mg-rest will decrease because the reactions with
    the Sulfur, oxygen and Silica based lining.The decreasing of Mg-rest can fades the
    nodules graphite.
