4 oz cream cheese, softened 2 Tbsp caramel flavored syrup 240ml heavy cream Mix the cream cheese with the syrup until smooth. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the caramel mixture. Chill the cream for a few minutes. Soak the pancakes in coffee for about 2 minutes. Arrange one pancake in each four small plates. Pipe a layer of cream and dust with cocoa powder. Repeat for three layers. Serve with chocolate sauce.
