For the chocolate icing0 heat the chocolate and crea" in a saucepan o%er a
low heat until the chocolate "elts+ 8e"o%e the pan ro" the heat and whisk
the "i&ture until s"ooth0 gloss4 and thickened+ 9et aside to cool or 1!2
hours0 or until thick enough to spread o%er the cake+
