Varna; municipality of Vratsa city and municipality of Shabla city (where are two Bulgarian
samples/selected sites by Integra); the Director of Green Educational Center (one of the
selected BG-samples)

Here comes the most difficult part for me (SORRY!) which caused the delay of sending this
final version of the Agenda, I truly hope you agree with the following:

The travel will be organised with a bus, but, unfortunately, Integra wouldnt be able to cover
the expenses, these would be divided to all travelers!

The total is 400.00 BGN (app 205.00 Euro), so if all 21 people/participants (listed in the
accommodation list) are going, it will be app 9.76 Euro per person.
Invoices could be provided to the organisations (altogether 6), so if you need one, please
send the following data:
Name of organisation
Address of organisation (as per registration, i.e. official address)
National ID number of organisation (either VAT or whatever applicable number of your
orgnaisation)
Name of the legal representative/person in charge
Name of the person receiving the invoice (one of you)

A list with your participants (as listed in the accommodation-document) will be attached to
the invoice so the lump sum for your organisation would be calculated.
