GENERAL

The DL 1017C capacitive load is designed to complete the 1.1 kW electric machines laboratory.





MACHANICAL FEATURES

The load is composed by a rugged metal structure and by a front panel made of fire varnished 20 /
10 polished plate.
On the front panel all the controls, the protection, the output terminals and a clear synoptic diagram,
printed by means of a silk-screen process, are collected.






ELECTRIC FEATURES


The load is composed by three capacitors, with possibility of star, delta and parallel connection,
controlled by a three switches.
As a function of the switch positions, well have the following phase values (at 50 Hz):

4 7 F 121 VAr
5 10 F 152 VAr
6 13 F 197 VAr
7 18 F 275 VAr


Max reactive power in single-phase or three-phase connection 825 VAr.

Rated voltage in star connection is 380 V, in connection is 220 V, in single-phase is 220V.




MAINTENANCE

The equipment doesnt show any intervention difficulty. Should any section be faulty. Its enough
to check the components and the connections to be effective.
