AMCAT Benchmarking Test

Guidelines for AMCAT
1. Complete Duration of AMCAT: 3.5 hours
2. Each AMCAT Module is of 900 marks.
3. Cannot Skip any question.
4. Cannot go back to the Previous Question.
5. No Negative Marking.
6. No Calculators Allowed.
7. Every Module has a separate timer and leftover time will not be credited to another
module.
8. English, Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Ability and Personality Test is
compulsory for all the students.
9. Domain Modules needs to be attempted as per the specialization. 2 Modules can be
attempted maximum.
10. It is important for a student to note their AMCAT ID's, once the test commences.

Personality Assessment: First ever Indian Contextualized Test in India.

Domain Specific Compulsory Modules for Respective Branches
CS/IT Branch: Computer Programming & Computer Science
MCA: Computer Programming and Computer Science.
Electronics Communication: Electronics & Semi-Conductor & Telecommunication.
Electrical Engineering: Electrical Engineering.
Mechanical Branch : Mechanical Module
Civil Branch : Civil Module
Chemical Branch : Chemical Engineering Module
Bio-Technology : Comprises of 4 modules
MBA : Marketing, Finance, HR, Banking, Operations, Insurance
