O R D E R:

The following notification will be published in the extra-ordinary issue of the
Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dt.05.11.2011.

NOTIFICATION:
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 96 of the Motor Vehicles Act,
1988 (Central Act 59 of 1988), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes
the following amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Motor Vehicle Rules of 1989,
published with the Transport, Roads & Buildings (Transport-II) Department
Notification dated the 7
th
August, 1989 at pages 1-315 of the Rules supplement to
Part-1 of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated 25
th
August, 1989, the same having
been previously published as required by Sub-Section (1) of Section 212 of the said
Act.
AMENDMENT

In clause (a) of Sub Rule (8) in Rule 249 of Andhra Pradesh Motor Vehicle
Rules of 1989 for the words Five Rupees, the words Ten Rupees shall be
substituted.
