I was named editor for the school newspaper and literary magazine which sparked my interest in
pursuing a possible career in journalism. I was captain of my varsity tennis team for both my
junior and senior year and participated for all four years. I was also a leader for our senior classs
Kairos retreat which is a spiritual retreat. Seven students from the class are chosen to lead and
guide the students.
