Slow panning shot makes me think something bad will

happen. Feels very isolated, deserted area.
Belittles the character and makes them look small
and insignificant. Comparing her size to the grand
size of the city.

Makes the atmosphere very chaotic. Typical hospital.
The character is being slow whilst the world rushes
around him.
Follows particular people around showing their
importance. Gives an idea of the characters, man talks to
everyone and drags woman behind him.
Zoom on eyes to show is emotions. Compares emotions
between the two characters. Makes the audience wonder
whats going on.
