<'er# LCCI centre participating in the competition as +e$$ as state schoo$ needs to
appoint one o% their sta= as the competition responsi*$e>contact person. The person +i$$
*e in charge o% app$ications and +i$$ need to ensure that a$$ the LCCI ru$es and
regu$ations are %o$$o+ed.

one C<? $e'e$ higher than the one in the pre$iminar# round.

:" Mar5ing and Ran5ing
Tests o% reading and $istening are mar,ed *# an O)H de'ice and %or that reason need to
*e proper$# .$$ed in. Candidates are reBuired to use a penci$ +hi$e comp$eting the O)H
%orm. An O)H samp$e %orm +i$$ *e a'ai$a*$e on the +e*site t+o +ee,s *e%ore the
pre$iminar# round o% the competition at the $atest.
In case an O)H %orm is not proper$# .$$ed in and the O)H de'ice cannot read it( the

6. Candidates ma# not enter the eGamination room unti$ instructed to do so. Be%ore

%or the competition( and on$# these candidates are a$$o+ed into the eGamination
room. Upon entering the eGamination room( the in'igi$ator chec,s i% the
candidate ,no+s his>her uniBue candidate num*er. Candidates are on$#
permitted to ha'e a penci$ and eraser on their des,s. In'igi$ators must ma,e
sure the candidates; mo*i$e phones are turned o=. Candidates are not permitted
to use dictionaries or an# e$ectronic de'ices during the eGamination.

E. A%ter *eing ca$$ed into the eGamination room( no candidate ma# $ea'e the room
unti$ the reading and $istening tests are o'er. On$# a%ter the comp$etion o% these
tests can the in'igi$ator a$$o+ a short *rea,( *ut not unti$ the eGam materia$s
ha'e *een co$$ected and ans+er sheets sa%e$# pac,ed. A%ter a$$ the candidates
are *ac, to their seats( the in'igi$ators can distri*ute paper sheets %or the +riting
test.
8. The candidates .rst ta,e the reading test( then the $istening test( and .na$$# the
+riting test 4 a short essa# on a separate sheet o% paper.
7. @hen the candidate .nishes the +riting tas,( he>she hands the paper to the
in'igi$ator and immediate$# $ea'es the eGamination room 4 end o% competition.

In'igi$ators must use pens. In'igi$ators +i$$ .rst +rite do+n the comp$etion time

the ans+er sheet on the des,. Candidates must not +rite do+n>ma,e a record o%

+ithout distracting other candidates.
8. Once a$$ the candidates ha'e .nished the reading test( the in'igi$ator ma#
