Yearend Process 2014-2015

1. First check database drive space that having enough space to backup and to do yearend
process. (If the database size or backup size is 1 GB then the yearend process required 2
GB)

2. Take the current database backup using admin module (Admin Module Backup) or SQL
Server Enterprise Manager.

Provide the backup file name & path and click start button.
save select START !












3. After completing database backup close all applications related to DMS Database and
Execute the below patch (Yearend process will take time depend upon the database so
please dont quit the process until the yearend complete).

4. After the yearend process, please change the serial number settings in 20142015 database to
avoid serial number issues.

5. After yearend process new database will create. To confirm please check the SQL enterprise
manager. If the database name is (Bajaj or Bajaj1314 or Bajaj20132014) then the new
database will create with the name like Bajaj20142015.
