Pedicab and Trycicle are the only options for your mode of transportation in touring
around Intramuros. Their overall appearance and service quality will serve as a
determinant for tourist satisfaction. The more credible their appearance will be and the
better the service they provide the more tourist will be satisfied and be amazed in our
country. In the present paper the operation and overall appearance of trycicle and
pedicab drivers as tour guides in Intramuros and the tourists perceptions are
investigated.Mahajan(2007)Appearance is not just a basis for first impression it also
