This note is to remind you about our field trip scheduled for Friday, Sept. 19.

Fifth
graders will be going to Schramm Park and Aksarben Aquarium. We'll leave WIS at 10:15 A.M.
and return around 3:00 P.M. Make sure that you have notified your child's homeroom teacher if
you are interested in going along.
Students and parent volunteers need to bring a sack lunch and a drink. Any parents who
wish their child to have a sack lunch prepared by the kitchen and charged to their lunch
account need to notify their child's homeroom teacher by Wednesday, Sept. 17 in order
to give the kitchen time to prepare them.
Please be aware of the weather forecast and dress accordingly. After lunch we will go on
a one-mile plus hike on one of the park's trails so wear comfortable shoes!
This is always a fun trip and goes along nicely with our current science topic, vertebrates
and invertebrates. If you have any questions, please contact your child's homeroom teacher.
