Dual Mass Flywheel

for VAG DSG Transmissions

Dual Mass Flywheels are a maintenance related product; in our experience

replacement can be needed after 100,000-150,000 km.
The Dual Mass Flywheel can give a rattling or clunking noise on idle speed and a click
during shifting from N>D>R>N, especially with a cold engine.
!! Be careful when your customer has this complaint: it can easily be mistaken as noise from
the transmission itself.

Also the springs in the Dual Mass Flywheel can break, becoming noisy and can cause
damage to the engine rear crankshaft seal.

Due to the diversity of models we do not stock all options yet but we can
supply you the most common types in two or three days,
at a very competitive price.
