2. Eating habit affects on peoples health. Give your opinions to support this statement.

Health is very important to a person. Ones health depends on his eating habit, thus, it needs to be taken
care of seriously.
On one hand, there are people who want to lose weights so badly that they put on diets. Lengthy fasting
can be dangerous due to the risk of malnutrition and should be carried out under medical supervision.
During prolonged fasting or very low calorie diets the reduction of blood glucose, the preferred energy
source of the brain, causes the body to deplete its glycogen stores. Once glycogen is depleted the body
begins to fuel the brain using ketones, while also metabolize body protein including but not limited to
skeletal muscle! to be used to synthesize sugars for use as energy by the rest of the body. "ost e#perts
believe that a prolonged fast can lead to muscle wasting although some dispute this.
On the other hand, people consume a large amount of food at the same time and do not think about the
conse$uences. Health conse$uences fall into two broad categories% those attributable to the effects of
increased fat mass such as osteoarthritis, obstructive sleep apnea, social stigmatization! and those due to
the increased number of fat cells diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular disease, non&alcoholic fatty liver
disease!. 'ncreases in body fat alter the body(s response to insulin, potentially leading to insulin
resistance. 'ncreased fat also creates a proinflammatory state, increasing the risk of thrombosis.

healthily, you have to choose for yourself a good eating habit to ensure a long&lasting life.
