1/2 cup chopped chard or kale 1 large carrot, sliced thin 1 and 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms 2 cups fresh baby spinach In a large pot over medium heat, bring the broth and chard to a boil for 3-5 minutes. Add the carrot and mushrooms. When the carrot is tender, add the spinach. Stir for about 5 seconds and its done.
