INTRODUCTION

In addition to the requirements of Part I, Article 6.0 Performance Schedule and Sequence of
Work and Attachment G - Scheduling and Reporting, this Exhibit One provides further details for
Contractors development of the detailed construction schedule as outlined in Part III, Article
10.0 Scheduling, Reporting and Coordination.

1.0 KEY MILESTONE DATES

Contractor shall mechanically complete the work contained in the individual milestones
not later than the following:

Contractor shall mechanically complete the work contained in the milestones not later
indicated in the Contract schedule. Liquidated damages are not imposed in this
Contract.

Milestone Mechanical Completion, for the purposes of liquidated damages and/or
incentive assessment, is as defined in Attachment F Construction/Mechanical
Completion. If Companys review of Contractors Interim Turnover Notice of Milestone
Mechanical Completion shows that Contractor has met the requirements of Attachment
F, then the date of Milestone Mechanical Completion shall be the date of Contractors
submittal of the notification. If Companys review shows that work items are outstanding
that must be completed in order to achieve Milestone Mechanical Completion, the date
of such Milestone Mechanical Completion shall be when Company is satisfied that such
work items have been completed.

2.0 LIQUIDATED DAMAGES FOR LATE COMPLETION NOT USED

3.0 CONTRACT MILESTONE SCHEDULE (Form 000.430.F0188, Appendix 1)

The appended Project Contract Milestone Schedule (Appendix 8) includes the start and
finish dates, or early start/late finish intervals, for major activities, completion milestones,
general joint occupancies, current information on Company provided deliverables and
the general sequence of work/path of construction. The Contractor shall use this Project
Contract Milestone Schedule with its dates and sequence of work to develop the
Contractors Detail Schedule and work plan.
3.1 Company is unable to guarantee that all deliverables will be released in support
of the early start dates or in the sequence indicated. However, Company will
employ its best endeavors to release the work in the sequence and in sufficient
volume of quantities to support Contractors efficient execution defined in the
schedule document.
3.2 Not all of the work may be available to Contractor at the date of Contract award
or mobilization at the site. Company will release Work via Approved for
Construction (AFC) drawings to Contractor so that there will be an adequate
backlog of available work.
3.3 The joint occupancy conditions and current deliverables information outlined in
the Project Contract Milestone Schedule are based on the best information
available at the time of Contract award and Contractor agrees that these
conditions are subject to change throughout the duration of the project and will
proactively develop work around plans as required.
3.4 Contractors man-hour details set forth in Appendix 1 shall be indicative of
Contractors plan for the execution of the Contract, but shall not be used as a
basis of entitlement to change under the Contract.

3.5 FRONT END, ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT & CONSTRUCTION
SCHEDULE (Design, Supply and Erect Contracts only): An interim schedule, to
be provided by Contractor immediately upon award of the contract, as more
particularly described in Attachment G.

4.0 PROGRESS ASSESSMENT (Form 000.430.F0188, Appendix 2)

Set forth in Appendix 2 are the progress percentages applicable to the major work
activities. Such percentages determine the portion of the applicable lump sum or unit
price item that is payable following completion of a specified activity. Percentages per
activity become payable in full upon completion of the activity, i.e. parts of applicable
activities are not, in themselves, subject to progress measurement. Specific variances to
this principle are only as set forth herein.
