WINNING BOOK TITLE

INTRODUCTION
The most important thing you can do to sell your book is give it a good tile. It used to be that you could
come up with a snappy or clever title and that could work. Well snappy still works but we need to
add an additional component to have a winning title.
That additional component is making the title SEO friendly. In other words your title and subtitle must
contain keywords that people are using to search for books subject or category. This is particularly
important to recognize if you are selling books on Amazon where 70% of all book sales take place.
Of course well known authors like James Patterson or Depak Chopra dont need to worry too much
about this. They have 100,000s of thousands, if not millions of fans waiting to purchase their next
release. So until you become famous, making your title SEO friendly will go a long way to helping your
book become discovered online and generate sales.
