One event is erroneously

assumed to cause the other.

The fallacy is committed when
the conclusion rest on the
presumption of a casual link

fact all that has been shown is a
correlation.
Event A happened.
Event B happened
after A.
Therefore, A
caused B.

Vhong Navarro brought food to a
friend staying in a condo. He got
beaten up when he got there.
Therefore if you bring food to a
friend in a condo, youll also get
beaten up.
Example:
I always watch
channel 7 every
afternoon. One time, I
changed the cannel to
2 but suddenly a block
out occurred in our
town. I never
switched channel
again because of the
incident.
