NOTICE - III

III Year CSE Minor Project-I

Date: 09/09/2014

All Students must have visited their mentors by now and discussed the project
topic. Final list of group and mentors has been kept at \\jiit128-adc\CSE_IT\5th
Sem\Minor Project -I 2014. All of you are required to submit initial proposal to
your mentors on or before 20/09/14. Template for initial proposal has been kept
at link \\jiit128-adc\CSE_IT\5th Sem\Minor Project -I 2014.

Project Evaluation would be carried out in the following manner:

Initial Proposal and D2D (15 +15 Marks): Students are required to submit the
initial proposal to their mentor till 20/09/2014 and soft copy to minor project
coordinator.

Mid Evaluation (25 Marks): There would be mid evaluation of the project
where students would be presenting the progress of their project to the panel
members. Students are required to submit the progress report to their mentor and
soft copy to minor project coordinator. (28/10/2014 - 05/11/2014).

Final Evaluation (25 Marks) and Report Submission (20 marks): There
would be final evaluation of the project where students would submit final report
and present their work to the panel members. (01/12/2014 - 06/12/2014).
