Dear Sir,
This letter has reference to my prior visit to your esteemed institute almost month ago (13.06.2014) for
my serious ailment relating to gas and other troubles issuing from it. I had been subsequently attended
by Dr. Mithun Sharma on 13.06.2014. However, after having taken up the medicines advised for me
almost a month has passed by but the old problems unfortunately continues to worry me. The precise
symptoms of the problems are:
1. Gas problem remains .after 27-28 days things have become what it is used to be like.
2. Bowl movements not clear at all.
3. There is a kind of a nagging swelling sensation with the stomach resulting into inability to take
dinner.
4. Physical weakness remains as ever.
5. Constant draining of energy.

It would be so very kind of you if you respond to this since I have always cherished expectations from
an institute as reputed as yours. It would be very kind also if this mail is brought into notice of Dr.
Mithun Sharma, my attendant doctor. For convenience of tracking my case, two scanned copies (one
