The Inspection of SINGAPORE RIVER while at PULAU BUKOM,SINGAPORE on 07/03/2013
refers.
The Inspection has been carried out to the best of our knowledge and ability,and with due
reservations to the condition or parts which could not be inspected or impracticable to inspect.
The Vessel will not normally require to be re-inspected by 02/03/2014 subject to no negative report
on its performance,future changes in international conventions or national statutory requirements
and PETRONAS policy.We must also be advised immediately if there is a change in
ownership,management or Classification Society of the vessel.
This letter is not to be taken as a blanket approval of the vessel for PETRONAS Group Business
or for ship call to PETRONAS Group terminals or facilities.PETRONAS policy requires a review by
PMSSB every time a vessel is to be engaged for PETRONAS business.This review will be based
on inspection reports,including other factors such as,but not limited to the past experience with the
vessel,and its operation,age of the vessel,terminal feedback reports etc.
