Passport & J1 Visa

Staff Member,

All international staff members please upload a digital copy of the Photo Page & J1 visa page inside your passport.
You will be required to bring hardcopy with you and hand it to either Beth Schaefer or to the camp office. Please
follow the following steps to upload:


1. Click on the Upload button to the right of this form.



2. Click on Choose File and select the file containing the copy of the digital copy.



3. Click Upload.



This will allow your passport and Visa to be uploaded to your profile.
