Bacteria Lab Report

Aim Our aim was to see Which type of footy has more bacteria leather or
synthetic?
Hypothesis We predicted that the synthetic footy would carry more bacteria
because it has groves that could hold it in
Materials Agar Plates, Sticky Tape, Cotton Buds, Incubator, Synthetic Footy,
Leather Footy
Method
1. Collect agar plate
2. Swipe cotton bud over first footy
3. Swipe the cotton bud over agar plate
4. Put the lid on and sticky tape around the agar plate and label
5. Repeat for other footy
6. Incubate
7. Check results

Discussion We discussed that the synthetic footy carried more bacteria because
it has groves that could hold it in
Conclusion The air could have affected the results and change the type of ball
