    Global business leader must have:
    Ability to combine disparate skill to solve problem.
    Must combine hard work and deep understanding in business.
    Must work effectively & able to break problem into manageable
    Have good understanding in global issues and ethical aspect of
    business decision.
    Familiar & able use information technology
    Have experience with excellent so as to recognize it & encourage it
    in other when sees it.

    Problem
    Problem
    No one impressed taking MBA from good school
    Corporation expect more in talent of MBA person
    Many of newly required skill are hard to measure.
    Sugestion
    Would be nice if student already have some business
    and real world experience.
    Mastered at least one of the whole course.
    Doing discussion in every learning when student still in
    school of MBA so it will be useful to discuss with
    manager if the student already work.
