COMES NOW Defendant, Craig Hill and Valerie Hill, hereby files this notice that a
Chapter 7 Bankruptcy petition was filed on her behalf in the United States Bankruptcy Court for
the Middle District of Florida on May 16, 2013, under Bankruptcy Court in case number 3:13-
bk-03041. Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. 362, an automatic stay may be in effect, in which any
pending proceedings may be stayed pursuant to the aforementioned statutory authority. The
filing of this suggestion is not a formal appearance in this action.
