just heard was an accident that
changed my life.

After this unusual accident, I woke
in the bedroom of a house I had
never seen before.

Lying on the bed, I started to
regain consciousness ...

door and leave the room.

SLAYTE
"Where am I?"
SLAYTE
"More to the point, why would
someone bring me to a place I dont
know?"
ROSE appears on screen.
ROSE
"Good morning dear"

SLAYTE
"Who are you?"
ROSE
"Oh, do forgive me, my name is
Rose. I found you on the side of
the street with a nasty bump on
your head."
SLAYTE (THOUGHT)
"On the side of the street ....
What was I doing there?"
ROSE
Well Im glad to see theres no
long term damage If you had been
unconscious any longer, I would
have phoned the hospital.
SLAYTE
Thank you for doing that for me.
ROSE
Youre quite welcome dear. Please
feel free to use the shower, and
then you can have some breakfast
before you leave.
SLAYTE (THOUGHT)
This woman has the kind of motherly
instinct that is impossible to
refuse. But what do I want to do?

time at all, had thrown me out.

memories.
